Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a compassionate and adept Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become part of our dynamic imaging team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, communicating each process with empathy and clarity
• Collaborate seamlessly with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality imaging
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, addressing any issues promptly
• Document procedures meticulously and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical system
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and industry best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Preference given to candidates who have completed a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a comparable entity
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
