Join a respected 5-hospital health system in Central Illinois that is actively recruiting Med/Peds physicians due to planned retirements. Walk into a fully established practice with a ready-made patient panel, immediate productivity, and exceptional earning potential.

Practice Highlights

Flexible 3- to 5-day workweek
100% outpatient practice
Average 18-22 patients per day (capped at 25)
Two dedicated Medical Assistants for provider support
Established patient panel with immediate volume
Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits

3-year guaranteed salary of $305,000
$50,000 sign-on bonus
$150,000 commencement bonus
Comprehensive benefits package including:
- 35 days of PTO
- $4,000 CME allowance
- 401(k) with employer match
- Malpractice, health, dental, vision, and more
