Average Daily Volume: 25 patients/day Case Mix: Wound care cases (chronic wounds, diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical wounds) Supervise HBOs FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System: Epic Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 Office Staff PROCEDURES/DUTIES:

Supervision of HBO for head-to-toe diagnosis HBO preadmission evaluation, work-up, and clearance to start HBO therapy Wound debridement Bedside incision and drainage of abscesses Wound VAC placement and management Suturing and staple placement/removal Tissue biopsies Application of skim subs Management of ostomies Vascular Lymphatic workup assessment management PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Board: BC/BE Licenses: IL or IMLC Certifications: BLS Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive wound care in an outpatient clinic setting Perform wound assessments, debridement, and advanced dressing changes Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for chronic and acute wounds Collaborate with nursing staff, office personnel, and referring providers Document all patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
