**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse - Postpartum Specialist!** **Job Description:** - As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in evaluating and assisting physicians with patient care. - Plan, implement, and document individualized nursing care based on each patient’s unique needs. - Identify patient needs and set priorities for care through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develop, implement, and coordinate a personalized plan of care for assigned patients through both initial and ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments aligned with the patient’s needs, physician's medical diagnosis, and functional health framework. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with excellence and compassion. - Manage the overall care of postpartum patients to ensure optimal outcomes. - Document all care provided in accordance with established standards and patient acuity. - Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards, championing the adoption of innovative care delivery methods. - Deliver patient-centric care that aligns with the core principles of professional nursing practice. - Embrace other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 3 years of Mother-Baby nursing experience is required. - Strong foundation in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Antepartum care. **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - N/A **Education:** - Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN). - Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). **Certifications & Licensure:** - Required: - Basic Life Support (BLS), American Heart Association (AHA). - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - Preferred: N/A **Schedule:** - Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - Required: 3 shifts per week, every other weekend and holiday. - No on-call or float requirements. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
