We are hiring immediately for a Concrete Coating Installer.
Experience is valued, but not required — we provide full training.
Our installers can earn $500–$1,000 per week with overtime.
If you are reliable, good with tools, and want to grow fast, this is a real career path (start as Installer and move to Crew Leader).

About Us:
Garage Force of Miami installs premium concrete coating systems for garages, patios, and commercial spaces. We are a fast-growing company with steady work and strong growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

Prep concrete (grinding, patching, cleaning)
Apply coating systems (training provided)
Work with a crew at different job sites
Keep tools, truck, and job site organized

Requirements:

100% Reliable and shows up on time
Able to do physical work (lift 50+ lbs)
Basic experience with tools
Valid driver’s license
Able to pass background check

Pay & Growth:

$18 - $25 / hour (based on experience and performance). We review and increase salaries every 2-3 months
Overtime available
Fast raises for top performers
Paid training

Growth path: Installer → Crew Leader → Area Leader

Qué Harás:

Preparación del concreto (lijado, reparación, limpieza)
Aplicación de sistemas de recubrimiento (con entrenamiento)
Trabajo en equipo en diferentes ubicaciones
Mantener herramientas, camión y área de trabajo organizados

Requisitos:

100% responsable y puntual
Capacidad para trabajo físico (levantar más de 50 lbs / 23 kg)
Experiencia básica con herramientas
Licencia de conducir válida
Capacidad para pasar verificación de antecedentes

Pago y Crecimiento:

$18–$25 por hora (según experiencia y desempeño)
Revisamos y aumentamos salarios cada 2–3 meses
Horas extra disponibles
Aumentos rápidos para buenos trabajadores
Entrenamiento pagado
