Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Prior work experience preferred working in or around heavy equipment, construction or asphalt Basic mechanical and construction knowledge and skills Proven safety record Bilingual Spanish/English a plus Responsibilities Perform maintenance, equipment operation, grounds and housekeeping tasks Ensure paving housekeeping is maintained and that equipment is running properly Assist foremen with all tasks as needed, follow instructions and perform duties as assigned Safely operate equipment and perform mechanic and general labor duties Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors, drivers and crew, peers, operators, and customers serviced #J-18808-Ljbffr
