State Farm Insurance Office Sales-Marketing Consultant — New Career in 2026 (Bilingual)

Part-time to Full-time Recession-proof career path Learn a valuable trade We train you from day one The Role (Sales & Marketing): Self-study support for the State Exam (Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance) Make cold calls daily to connect with potential clients and begin the sales journey Identify customer needs and recommend the right marketing/insurance options Handle objections confidently and use rebuttals to guide clients to the best solutions Manage your own prospect pipeline and stay organized Provide excellent, professional customer service that reflects our company's standards Assist clients over the phone and in person in choosing auto, home, or life insurance products

Requirements: Ability to pass the State exam for an auto, home, and life insurance license MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English People-oriented and professional Self-motivated and ready to learn Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment No Sales Experience Needed — We Train!

Compensation: $18.00 - $60.00 per hour
