Regional Sales Executive

Overview As a Regional Sales Executive you will execute sales activations across the Georgia area, this position generates sales and activates new accounts with our products. Employment Details Location: Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Full‑time (exempt) Shift: Not applicable Responsibilities Present clear knowledge of all bulk and retail company products to clientele Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with purchasers. Identify target prospects and attract new relationships with purchasers through various avenues (cold calling, email blasts, social media, in‑person outreach, etc.) Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Update and keep all company product with accuracy and efficiency. Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals and KPIs set by management. Schedule sales meetings (virtual and in‑person) with major manufacturers, distributors, and brands for the sale of bulk product Track purchasing needs of all vendors and accurately and effectively communicate inventory needs to management. Submitting weekly activity reports to management team Meeting quarterly sales goals given by management team Utilizing company software programs in order to maintain and track leads and current client information. Preparing material for business meetings; conducting and leading professional business meetings with top executive personnel Establish rapport and build relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction via routine check‑ins and quarterly business reviews. Work with operations time to communicate pipeline and accounts in closing process Travel as needed for client meetings and/or internal training sessions Driving is an essential function of the position. Assist any other assigned projects. Qualifications Minimum two years’ experience In-depth understanding of the industry not limited to strains/grades, quality control, harvest methods, concentrates, and retail products required Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and ability to learn other programs (CRM Software, METRC, etc.) Experience with cold‑call prospecting and exceptional follow‑up and account management skills Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record. A current and active driver’s license is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, drive, walk, sit, use hands, use the computer, use ten‑key, talk, hear, speak on the phone, reach with hands and arms, and bend at mid‑waist. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions, dust, walking on uneven ground, cold, extreme heat, and wet or humid conditions. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
