Role Associate Director, Market Access Leader focused on radiopharmaceuticals, supporting product portfolio access in diagnostics and radioligand therapies. Responsibilities engage with providers, IDTFs, and hospitals to implement market access strategies, educate on reimbursement, support patient referrals, develop territory plans, and resolve reimbursement issues through cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related; 5+ years’ experience in payer coverage, coding, reimbursement, in biotech or diagnostics; preferred experience in radiopharmaceuticals and hub models. HighValue diagnostics, radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, radioligand therapies, reimbursement strategy, US payer market, field-based, 60%+ travel.
