Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain client records and update information as needed.

Assist with customer retention strategies.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in customer service preferred.

Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Our office is open 9am -5pm.

We currently have 3 team members at our agency.

We have 20+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
