You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve workflows and deliver exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced financial services environment.**Key Responsibilities*** Own and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews to deliver high-quality features in collaboration with cross-functional scrum teams.* Design and reimagine end-to-end workflows to optimize efficiency, usability, and regulatory compliance across client-facing and internal platforms — including developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.* Identify, envision, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance product capabilities, streamline processes, and improve user experiences; stay current with AI developments relevant to product management and financial services.* Manage relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders — facilitating meetings, coordinating priorities, and communicating project status, roadmaps, and issues clearly across all levels of the organization.* Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, coordinating work scheduling and delivery across teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.* 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role.* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.* Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product development and workflow optimization.* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.**Preferred Qualifications*** Certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, CPO, or equivalent).* Experience in financial services, capital markets, or a regulated industry.* Familiarity with UX design principles, workflow automation, or business process improvement.**Come as You Are**Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
