ProServe Account Executive, NatSec ProServe

Overview The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive (PAE) for its Commercial Aerospace & Satellite team. The role focuses on engaging new and existing customers in transformative projects, including IT strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. Key Responsibilities Supporting business development efforts by engaging customers and contributing to high-value engagements. Collaborating with Amazon Global Sales representatives to coordinate a unified approach for key accounts. Contributing to proposals, supporting customer sign‑off on Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensuring successful project delivery. Tracking ongoing projects to support delivery of agreed customer business outcomes (CBOs) and contribute to revenue potential. Advocating for customers while balancing AWS business objectives. Basic Qualifications Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies. 3+ years of technology sales experience. Experience with sales targets, business development, and driving customer satisfaction. Experience with cloud computing technologies. Experience working with the commercial space industry. Preferred Qualifications Experience building and maintaining C‑level client relationships. Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making, or applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience supporting commercial space procurement cycles and satellite operations.
