Project Coordinator – Hybrid - Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers with planning, coordination, and delivery of IT initiatives.
Schedule meetings, prepare/distribute minutes, and track action items, deliverables, and project documentation.
Coordinate requirements, design, development, testing, training, and rollout activities.
Maintain project schedules, status reports, resource forecasts, and RAID logs.
Prepare stakeholder communications, presentations, and executive status updates.
Coordinate with business, technical, and executive stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
Required:
3+ years of recent, verifiable project management experience.
Strong Microsoft Office and Asana skills.
Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Preferred:
Experience supporting large-scale programs.
Government/business process implementation experience.
PMP or CAPM certification.
