Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Compensation: $120,000-220,000 (Commission-Based)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with homeowners to educate them on Cox Roofing's services and provide customized solutions.
• Generate new business through community outreach and self-sourcing efforts
• Conduct on-site roof inspections and guide homeowners through recommended solutions
• Present proposals and close deals with confidence
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high-quality experience
• Track leads, activity, and project updates in CRM systems
  

Training & Growth

We’ve built a system designed to develop strong sales professionals from the ground up.

• Work directly alongside experienced sales reps in the field
• Learn inspections, presentations, and closing techniques in real time
• Gain hands-on experience while building confidence and product knowledge
• Clear path for advancement as you develop and perform
  

If you’re new to the industry, you’ll be learning by doing—side-by-side with top performers.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement, roofing, or similar)
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Candidates with strong sales backgrounds in other industries will also be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, self-driven mindset
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Ability to manage your own time and pipeline
  

Compensation

• Uncapped commissions
• Top performers: $120,000–$220,000+ annually
• Earnings grow as you build pipeline and consistency
