Job Description:
Comfortable working around cats and dogs.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to work in a fast-paced and upbeat environment.
Comfortable with speaking to people regarding customer service and basic pet knowledge.
Willing to learn information regarding basic health and pet care needs.
Answering clients questions/concerns via phone, email, or in-person.
Work directly with the veterinary team to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to work situations and environment. We want our team members to always be open to learning.
Technical experience or skill with email and basic computer / printer usage.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work on weekends.
Ability to work between hours of 7AM-8PM (depending on shift need and availability).
Be on time, dressed and prompt to your shift. All team members are required to wear scrubs.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with other team members.
Knowledge of NEO Software will be plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00 /hour starting and + (strongly depends on skill and experience)
Experience: Field training is acceptable
