By serving as a key point of contact, you make a meaningful impact on our fast-growing business.Key Responsibilities:Quoting and DocumentationInput customer quotesRequest quotes from vendorsObtain submittals and vendor safety informationContact sales team and customers to obtain missing informationCommunication & CollaborationCommunicate important feedback to sales, operations, and managementProvide excellent customer support through knowledge of our products and their applicationsCRM & Data ManagementManage and update our CRM programProduct Knowledge & TrainingContinuously improve and maintain in-depth product knowledgeParticipate in product training to learn more and stay up to date with product knowledgeMiscellaneousSupport Our Foundation in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customersOther duties may be assignedQualifications:Experience as a sales administrator or sales support positionExperience with CRM softwareProficient with Microsoft office productsAbility to focus on different tasks and use time efficiently to achieve desired outcomesMust have strong communication skillsMust have the ability to work with multiple people to reach a resolutionWorking knowledge of FBM and the SBP industry is preferredCompensation and Benefits:Reports To: Branch ManagerCompensation: The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
