Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong background in user-centered design, behavioral design, and digital product innovation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms, leading product discovery initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex business requirements into seamless user experiences while driving measurable customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead end-to-end UX design activities, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Design intuitive and user-centered digital experiences that simplify complex business workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams to define product strategy and deliver innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and accessibility-compliant design standards.
- Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and journey analytics to make data-driven design decisions and optimize user experiences.
- Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder discussions, and product discovery sessions to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
- Mentor design teams and effectively communicate design concepts, recommendations, and business value to stakeholders and leadership.
Operational Excellence & Monitoring:
- Implement monitoring and alerting using enterprise-grade tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, SiteScope).
- Analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Location: New York, NY
Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000 a year
