Doctor of Medicine | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Dayton, OH Employer: WhiteCoat Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pediatric Anesthesiologist Assignment Details • Location: Dayton, Ohio • Start Date: November 1, 2026 • 2 full-time positions available • Coverage Periods: - November 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027 - November 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027 • Reason for Coverage: FMLA coverage Compensation: Orientation - $510/hr, Hourly - $510/hr, Holiday - $760/hr. Schedule • Monday–Friday • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM • No call Practice Setting • Hospital-based Operating Rooms • ACS Level I Trauma Center • 14 Operating Rooms • Approximately 50–60 surgical cases per day • No pain management cases • 22 Anesthesiologists in practice • Collaborative OR team including RNs, surgical techs, PCAs, surgeons, proceduralists, and APPs Patient Population • Neonatal • Pediatric • Adult Clinical Responsibilities • Mix of independent anesthesia practice and CRNA supervision in a care team model • General surgical anesthesia for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients • Thoracic cases, excluding open-heart surgery • Complex orthopedic cases • Neurosurgical cases • Ventilation management • Pediatric anesthesia across subspecialties, excluding cardiac and transplant surgery • Provider is not responsible for preparing the anesthesia cart Preferred Skills • Arterial line insertion • Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues Requirements • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Pediatric Anesthesiology • Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship required • Active Ohio license required • BLS required • ACLS required • PALS required • Clean malpractice/background required • Must meet assignment requirements at time of name clear Credentialing / Acceptance Requirements • Fingerprinting must be completed immediately after acceptance • Internal credentialing status must be confirmed • Required credentialing information and documentation must be provided promptly upon acceptance Travel • Airfare reimbursed • Hotel reimbursed • Rental car reimbursed • Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
