To enhance the efficiency of healthcare professionals, the full-time remote Mississippi Provider Support Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and patient support services, acting as a liaison between providers and patients while managing medical records, prescription requests, and laboratory results. Key responsibilities Serve as the liaison between healthcare providers and patients to support ongoing care Manage and provide pathology and laboratory results, as well as complete medical records requests Process prescription refill and medication prior authorization requests Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare-specific training preferred Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, private workspace Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
