Network Solutions Architect

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Network Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will partner with account executives, engineers, and customers to deliver technical expertise across pre‑sales, solution design, and post‑sales implementation. You will design and deploy customized infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions that meet client needs while ensuring high‑quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Partner with sales teams to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions Design and present technical architectures, demos, and proposals Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions Solution Design & Configuration Translate customer requirements into technical specifications Design and configure hardware, software, and cloud‑based solutions Implement networking, server, security, and infrastructure environments Implementation & Technical Support Perform installation, setup, and post‑sales support Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues Serve as a technical liaison between customers and vendor partners Quality & Documentation Ensure technical deliverables meet quality, performance, and security standards Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and implementations Provide regular updates on project status and customer feedback Work cross‑functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of experience in a technical engineering or solutions role Strong experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and systems integration Experience with customer‑facing technical engagements Preferred Certifications (e.g. Juniper, Cisco, F5, Palo Alto Networks) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, wireless concepts Background in VAR, systems integrator, or similar environments Experience in sales engineering or technical consulting Skills Strong technical problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Customer‑focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities Salary Range: $125,000 – $200,000 per year Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range is provided in compliance with pay transparency laws.
