What you’ll own

• Lead, train, and inspire production associates to achieve daily and long-term goals.
• Plan and assign tasks, monitor workflow, and adjust resources to stay on target.
• Hold the line on safety practices, company policies, and quality standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot problems, and minimize downtime.
• Keep the workplace organized and clean in line with company expectations.
• Back quality control efforts so customer requirements are consistently met.
• Deliver coaching and performance feedback; support career growth.
• Work closely with other departments to meet operational commitments.
• Identify process gaps and help roll out improvements.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and update leadership regularly.
• Build a positive, respectful, team-oriented culture.

Must-haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Spanish (bilingual required).

Nice-to-haves

• Technical school certification or related training.
• Experience as a Team Lead, Production Supervisor, or similar position.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
