SAP OTC and R2R Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP projects involving OTC and R2R business processes.
- Manage project planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and delivery.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Coordinate with SAP functional teams across SD, FI, CO, and related modules .
- Oversee integration between OTC/R2R processes and other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budgets.
- Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and implementation partners.
- Ensure effective communication between business, functional, technical, testing, and support teams.
- Manage requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Ensure proper execution of SIT, UAT, cutover, migration, and hypercare activities.
- Drive issue resolution and escalation management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage change requests and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Support business process optimization and SAP transformation initiatives.
- Manage documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and project governance artifacts. OTC Expertise
