About Us:
We are a leading rubber roll manufacturing company serving industrial clients across multiple industries. Our team takes pride in precision craftsmanship, quality materials, and dependable service. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Receiving & Machine Operator to join our growing production team.
Position Overview:
The Receiving & Machine Operator will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, inspecting components for accuracy and quality, and operating production machinery to manufacture rubber rolls to exact specifications.
- Hours 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components
- Measure and record part dimensions using calipers and micrometers
- Set up and operate machinery used in rubber roll production
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times
- Assist with general shop duties and equipment maintenance
- Work overtime as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience using calipers and micrometers is a plus
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must live within 25 miles of Orange
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual A Plus English to Spanish
Pay & Benefits:
- $21–$23 per hour (DOE)
