Customer Relations RepresentativeAdvantage Auto Group, is looking for a part-time Customer Relations Representative to join our Service Department team.What You'll DoMake outbound follow-up calls to service customers to gather feedback on services performed on vehicle.Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Service Manager when neededTrack and report response data and customer satisfaction trendsSupport the service team in maintaining strong customer relationships post-visitWhat We're Looking ForExcellent phone and interpersonal communication skillsComfortable working with performance metrics and call volume targetsAutomotive service or customer service background preferred, not requiredReliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyDetailsPart-time schedule
