Staffing Branch Manager / Market Leader
PeopleSource is looking for an experienced Staffing Branch Manager / Market Leader to launch and grow our Orlando, FL market from the ground up. This is not a "maintain the status quo" role. This is a builder's role - for someone who thrives on hunting new business, placing great workers, and creating something from scratch.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of staffing industry experience - specifically in light industrial, construction, or skilled trades
- Proven business development and account management track record
- Experience running or growing a branch, market, or P&L
- Comfortable operating independently in a startup environment
- Multi-market or multi-branch experience a strong plus
- Florida market knowledge preferred
