Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant looking to grow your career in a busy, patient-focused practice? Wesley Hills Orthodontics is seeking a reliable, fast-learning team player to support our orthodontist and ensure smooth, efficient patient care. TitleOrthodontic Assistant
Job DescriptionAssist the orthodontist with clinical procedures, including bonding, adjustments, and appliance placement
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols
Take and develop dental radiographs and impressions as needed
Provide patients with clear post-treatment instructions and oral hygiene guidance
Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress
Support front office staff with scheduling and patient communication when needed
Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Demonstrate professionalism and a compassionate approach to patient care
Salary Rangefull-time $18 - $26 per hour

Shift & ScheduleMonday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Thursday: 11:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Requirements- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Certified Orthodontic Assistant
CPR Certification required
1-2 years of dental assisting experience, preferably in orthodontics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Preferences- Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
