Associate Recruiter

Are you a high-energy recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're looking for an Associate Recruiter to help drive large-scale hourly hiring efforts for a growing manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for someone with staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience who enjoys sourcing candidates, building applicant pipelines, and moving people through the hiring process quickly. What You’ll Do Manage high-volume recruiting for hourly production and general labor positions across multiple shifts. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other creative recruiting methods. Review applications and proactively contact candidates through phone calls, text messaging, and email. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records. Schedule and coordinate multiple group hiring events each week, bringing in large groups of candidates for onsite interviews. Partner with hiring managers to ensure interview schedules are organized and positions are filled efficiently. Develop creative recruiting strategies, including community outreach, flyer distribution, local advertising, radio, newspaper, and other grassroots recruiting initiatives. Track recruiting metrics and maintain recruiting reports using Excel. Help ensure weekly hiring goals are achieved by maintaining a strong and consistent candidate pipeline. Qualifications 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, manufacturing, distribution, or other high-volume hourly environments. Experience recruiting for production, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor positions is highly preferred. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls and candidate outreach each day. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with the ability to develop new sourcing strategies. Preferred Experience Staffing agency recruiting experience. High-volume recruiting for multiple shifts. Coordinating hiring events or group interviews. Community recruiting and grassroots sourcing efforts. What Success Looks Like Build and maintain a large pipeline of qualified hourly candidates. Coordinate successful group interview events with 30+ candidates. Meet aggressive weekly hiring goals in a fast-moving production environment.
