Roles and Responsibilities He / She will be responsible for... Understanding of the client & their business along with their competitors Understanding of Job/Position/Skill Set required by client Sourcing of profiles as per the client requirement Interviewing of Shortlisted candidates and arranging their various level of interview (TI/F2F/Video) with client Coordination with client and candidate from sourcing to till joining and further till replacement period. Researching on profiles and client on daily basis for better delivery Meeting Targets & timely submission of MIS/Report Required Candidate profile Graduate with at least 1 - 3 years experience in Non IT recruitment or Fresh MBA with 0 - 2 Years experience in Non IT Recruitment. Must have good communication skill along with Interviewing skills. Must be go-getter and interested in result oriented job nature. Must be open for learning of new way of recruiting Must be a challenge taker #J-18808-Ljbffr Avani Consulting
