Phlebotomist - Bilingual
$17.75 - $24.75 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a bilingual phlebotomist for a patient service center in New City, NY. The role involves drawing blood specimens, processing patient data, and providing customer service in a clinical laboratory setting, working Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with rotating Saturday hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
- Process billing information and collect patient payments
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months phlebotomy experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass color blindness screening test
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Compensation: $17.75 - $24.75 per hour
