Spanish Bilingual Business Development Representative

Kia of West Nyack is conducting interviews for their growing Business Development Center (BDC) located in West Nyack, NYY. Are you ready to shift your career into overdrive? Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to, the following:

• Answer inbound calls in a professional manner and set appointments for prospective clients.
• Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and re-route to the appropriate team member.
• Identify customer needs and resolve concerns
• Log customer information into the dealership's computer database and follow up accordingly.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times
• Identify strategies to improve customer service process and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment preferred
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Proven experience at building relationships and working in teams
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance
• Tenacious yet professional follow-up on customer inquiries
• Background in sales helpful but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish a must
