MBR Partners are hiring for a Marketing Manager. Ideally based in Portugal, Ireland or the UK. Our client is an innovator and leader in VAS solutions for over 25 years. Supporting Mobile Telecom operators with AI-driven analytics, creating new revenue streams and enabling data-driven decision-making. Our client is looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Manager with 4+ years of relevant experience to support marketing across both digital and traditional channels. What are we looking for:

Your responsibilities:

• Creating and developing compelling content and sales collateral to drive value. This includes demos, presentations, and one-pagers.
• Gathering market intelligence and competitive research. Educating sales on market challenges, trends, customer insights, and how the client empowers operators to address them.
• Creating a sales pipeline. Planning, launching, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns based on pre-defined KPI's (number of leads, engagement rate on social media, etc.). You'll have a strong focus on lead generation and conversion into opportunities.
• Building the required communication strategies: newsletters, webinars, customer forums, etc.
• Organising industry events, controlling bookings and budget, and creating public relations strategies to support branding activities.
• Customer engagement. Join customer meetings from time to time to hear 'firsthand' what the customers expect from the client.
• Positioning the client as a leader in the roaming industry, including award submissions.

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, product, or a related role.

Experience, which will be an advantage:

• Proven experience in telecom or the roaming market is considered a plus.
• Expertise in designing and formatting marketing content, preferably translating technical features into clear customer-oriented value propositions.
• Exposure to marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or AI-driven marketing platforms.
• Familiar with sales prospecting tools and social media platforms.
• Understanding of SEO, performance marketing, or content marketing.
