We are hiring a Team Lead for Soleil Tans Sun Spa of Matawan, in Monmouth County, NJ.
This is a part-time leadership role. You support operations leadership, lead the team from day one, and keep the luxury guest experience we are known for. This is not an entry leadership job. It is for someone who already knows how to lead a shift, coach sales, and make decisions.
What you'll do:
- Coach, mentor, and develop the team. Hold the team accountable to company standards.
- Lead shifts on your own, including opening, closing, and daily coaching.
- Drive memberships, retail, and service upgrades with Soleil's sales process, and watch the daily numbers.
- Keep scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and brand standards at a luxury level.
- Deliver the promise: "Love your experience, or let us know, we will make it right."
What you bring:
- At least 4 years leading people in retail, hospitality, fitness, beauty, restaurants, or customer service, including sales leadership.
- Clear communication and the ability to coach a team.
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $24.00 per hour (base).
- Additional $1 to $4 per hour through the sales bonus program.
- Tips average $100+ per month.
- Total earning potential about $26 to $28 per hour with bonus and tips.
