Job Description Recruiting Coordinator (Part time) – Temporary – Hybrid – $30/hour A highly regarded healthcare organization is seeking a part-time Recruiting Coordinator to provide timely and thoughtful candidate sourcing, brand consistency, and administrative support to the HR/Recruiting team. Prior healthcare sourcing/recruiting and Greenhouse ATS experience is required. Duration : 3+ months temporary Schedule : Part-Time, 30 hours per week Location : Hybrid – with on-site presence 1 -2x/month in central Marin county Background Check : Hire contingent on a clear criminal background check Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities: Google/web-searching other possible ways, sites, and venues for source candidates Extensive sourcing/screening of clinical/healthcare professionals Maintain job postings ensuring consistent format throughout all platforms Post and edit jobs online Update and maintain candidate info in Greenhouse ATS Set up phone and Zoom interviews Other duties as assigned Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications: 3+ years of recent healthcare sourcing/recruiting experience Proven collaboration skills; team player extraordinaire Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel; HRIS & Greenhouse ATS experience required Knowledgeable in and able to navigate various social media platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
