Senior Program Manager

Program ManagerAvis Budget Group is seeking a Program Manager Consultant to lead a portfolio of initiatives focused on reporting, analytics, and business-driven metrics. This role will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent projects while managing a team of 4 Project Managers. The Program Manager will act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear communication, and strong governance across all reporting and analytics initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a portfolio of reporting, analytics, and metrics-driven projects across the organizationDirectly manage and mentor a team of 4 Project Managers, ensuring alignment to delivery timelines and prioritiesOversee project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communicationPartner with business stakeholders to intake, prioritize, and translate reporting and analytics requirements into actionable project plansDrive governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications across all initiativesBalance hands-on program delivery with management reporting, including KPIs, progress tracking, and performance metricsEnsure consistency and best practices across project management processes and toolsCoordinate cross-functional teams including data, engineering, and business unitsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of Program/Project Management experience, with at least 2–3 years managing multiple Project ManagersProven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in reporting, analytics, or data-driven environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface with senior leadershipExperience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SmartsheetExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Tableau or other reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)Background in data, analytics, or business intelligence programsExperience balancing delivery execution with executive-level reporting and governanceKey Attributes:Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability across teamsDetail-oriented with a focus on delivery quality and timelinesAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environmentData-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
