Work Environment

This is an onsite position within a thriving rehabilitation center, working 40 hours per week with some variable weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment strategies and continuously monitor patient progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care and ensure continuity in treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the nature of their conditions and the recommended treatment protocols, ensuring understanding and compliance.
• Utilize appropriate documentation practices to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining accurate records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in departmental leadership functions, contributing to marketing initiatives, community outreach activities, and quality improvement projects.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, guiding them in providing safe and effective patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
