Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to researchers, lab managers, and procurement professionals on-site
- Oversee daily inventory management: receive, restock, rotate, and audit products for accuracy and availability
- Maintain high standards in merchandising, organization, and branding within the Supply Center
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and new product placements
- Facilitate on-site promotions, product demonstrations, and customer engagement events
- Collaborate with commercial teams to share customer feedback and market intelligence
- Utilize internal systems for order management, reporting, and trend analysis
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members as required
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and complete required training

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or research & development
- High school diploma required
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Autonomous work style and ability to anticipate and solve challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, adaptable, and solutions-focused attitude

Preferred Skills

- Bachelor s degree in Science field
- Experience in scientific or laboratory supply environments
- Familiarity with inventory or supply chain management systems
