Responsibilities

• Must have an NC real estate license.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Leverage our advanced lead generation systems to identify and engage with potential buyers and sellers, maximizing your sales opportunities.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each listing to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with our in-house closing coordinator to ensure seamless transactions and a positive client experience from start to finish.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Utilize our tech-driven tools to manage your client database, track interactions, and follow up effectively to build long-term relationships.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, advocating for your clients' best interests while maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Must have an NC real estate license.
• Experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
• Ability to guide clients through the home-buying process with empathy and professionalism, ensuring they feel informed and confident.
• Proven track record of leveraging technology to generate and nurture leads, turning potential buyers into satisfied homeowners.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and trends.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
• Commitment to participating in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate with a dynamic team, sharing insights and strategies to foster a supportive and innovative work environment.
