Our client is in need of a Customer Service Representative to provide welcoming, front-facing support for a manufacturing client's retail environment in San Antonio, Texas. This opportunity is suited for someone who enjoys helping customers, stays organized under pressure, and can balance service tasks with light administrative support. The position plays an important role in creating a positive in-store experience by answering questions, handling routine transactions, and assisting with day-to-day customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors promptly and create a detail-oriented, friendly first impression at the front desk and customer service area.

• Respond to customer questions regarding products, current offers, store guidelines, and available services with clear and accurate information.

• Resolve routine concerns involving purchases, returns, or exchanges while maintaining a courteous and solution-focused approach.

• Support checkout and point-of-sale activity, including basic transaction processing and cash-handling tasks when needed.

• Maintain a neat, orderly, and inviting customer-facing workspace throughout the day.

• Assist team members during peak periods by handling general inquiries, performing light administrative duties, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

• Deliver attentive service that strengthens customer satisfaction and encourages a positive overall store experience.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail support, reception, or a similar front-facing position is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of customers.
• Dependable, approachable, and organized work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, order entry, or related transaction support is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer-based administrative tasks.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and assist customers throughout the assigned shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
