• What You'll Do\
• Lead and support production personnel to achieve daily output and quality goals\

Coordinate blending, material movement, tank operations, and workflow efficiency\ \ Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards\ \ Train, coach, and mentor employees while fostering a positive team culture\ \ Maintain production records, monitor inventory flow, and optimize storage utilization\ \ Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and operational efficiency\ \ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance across the team\ \ Partner with leadership to resolve production challenges and support plant objectives\

• What We're Looking For\
• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, blending, chemical processing, or industrial production environment\

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills\ \ Experience with process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives\ \ Ability to motivate teams, hold employees accountable, and build strong working relationships\ \ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems\ \ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\ \ Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred\
