Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, utilizing a structured intake process to inform the development of tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate both face-to-face and virtual therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute challenges, equipping them with coping strategies and resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment modalities in compliance with New York state regulations, ensuring continuity of care.

• Engage in regular case reviews, interdisciplinary team meetings, and professional development activities to refine therapeutic skills and share best practices.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n
