Skyline Animal Hospital is growing, and we're excited to welcome a friendly, organized, and compassionate veterinary receptionist to our team!
We are a privately owned veterinary hospital that believes exceptional patient care starts with a great team. Our goal is to provide elevated care for every pet while creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client who walks through our doors.
We're looking for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and understands that the front desk is the heart of the hospital. You'll be the friendly face and reassuring voice that helps clients feel welcome, cared for, and confident that their pets are in good hands.

What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist clients with questions and requests.
- Manage check-ins, checkouts, payments, and appointment flow.
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, assistants, and other team members to keep the day running smoothly.
- Help coordinate appointments, prescription requests, records, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client and patient information in our practice management software.
- Help clients understand hospital processes, services, and next steps in their pets' care.
- Stay organized, prioritize competing tasks, and maintain a calm, positive attitude during busy periods.
- Support the team wherever needed and contribute to a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk.

- Previous customer service or veterinary reception experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A compassionate, team-oriented attitude and a genuine love for animals and the people who care for them.
- Comfort with computers, scheduling, payments, and learning new software.
- Someone who brings positive energy, enjoys working with others, and understands the importance of teamwork.
