Manager, Global Supply Planning

Manager, Global Supply Planning Responsibilities Complete the monthly supply planning cycle, including crafting and updating 36-month supply plans and identifying key supply decisions. Conduct replenishment planning at external partners in support of all manufacturing requirements, coordinating with Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supplier Management. Prepare supply planning input for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle. Maintain supply-related parameters and master data in relevant planning systems, managing product lifecycle changes. Participate in the design and implementation of a new ERP system. Translate KPI Supply Chain metrics into actionable tasks in collaboration with CMC and VST. Identify and implement key supply chain initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve supply chain efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred: Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management/Sciences). 5–7 years of supply chain experience with strong supply planning focus (autologous cell & gene therapy experience ideal). APICS or similar certification preferred. 2+ years’ experience with an ERP system, preferably NetSuite. Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA) and GMP manufacturing and GMP storage requirements.
