Principal Product Marketing Manager

Driving end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution, the remote Principal Product Marketing Manager will support major product launches, align cross-functional teams, and produce essential launch assets to ensure successful market introduction of Drata's compliance automation and governance solutions. Key responsibilities Support and drive end-to-end GTM planning and execution for major launches and feature releases Contribute to the NPI process by improving launch frameworks and ensuring operational readiness Produce internal and external launch assets, including messaging, decks, and enablement materials Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or launch management in a B2B SaaS environment Proven track record of executing complex product launches across multiple teams Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience in building messaging and launch content that supports adoption and revenue outcomes Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, GRC, or related B2B SaaS fields is strongly preferred
