Temporary Up To 12 Week Assignment Shift Details: Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling based on business needs. Typical shifts are 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 12:00 PM–4:00 PM. Training days, including New Employee Celebration (NEC), may require additional hours or full-day attendance. Work Location: Hybrid. Must Reside in North Carolina Salary/Hourly Wage: $32,000.00 - $37,500.00 Specialties / Licenses or Certifications: (none specified) Summary of Job: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end (full cycle) recruitment efforts to identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool. The Specialist utilizes recruitment strategies for licensed, leadership, and other hard-to-fill positions, including entry-level and management positions for assigned programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaboration with Hiring Managers Build partnerships with hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs with a high level of customer focus. Partner to identify quality candidate profiles while adhering to headcount budget. Provide an efficient and positive experience for every hiring manager and candidate from application to offer, driving the interview process, including salary recommendations and job offers. Recruitment & Sourcing Source potential candidates through online channels including social platforms and professional networks. Coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and final interviews. Manage job requisition creation and approval process, posting all jobs on all relevant platforms. Create and design job offer letters and manage the approval process. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the candidate profile. Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events. Maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, including building proactive relationships with passive candidates. Keep up to date on current job market trends. Assist with recruitment efforts for implementations of new programs or expansion of business operations. Reporting & Data Management Assess candidate information using the Applicant Tracking System. Update recruitment metrics and trackers. Achieve goals and metrics set by Talent Acquisition leadership. Employer Branding & Engagement Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, partnering with the Marketing team. Promote diverse representation at all levels, leading inclusion and belonging hiring initiatives. Encourage teamwork and learning within the TA Team, sharing best practices and identifying areas for growth. Additional Duties Adhere to Recovery Innovations compliance standards listed in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies. Stay abreast of all federal, state regulations and all Recovery Innovations policies as they exist and change. Perform other related duties assigned. Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in human resources. Experience 2-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Skills Strong expertise in building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates. Experience with Applicant Tracking systems, social media platforms, job posting platforms, and vendor relationships. Intermediate Microsoft Office experience, including Excel. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent written and verbal communication, with emphasis on telephone calls, follow-ups, and in-person correspondence. Travel required based on business need. Must have a valid driver’s license. Applicants must be at least 18 years old unless residing in a state where funder or government regulations set a different minimum age requirement. Maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism. Second-Chance Employer Must pass a seven-year background check. Must pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing if applicable. Must pass an education verification check. Must obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states. Must pass a three-year motor-vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of the insurance carrier if driving is required for this position. Physical Demands May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination; use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to 20 pounds.
