Part-Time Bookkeeper

Cabelio Systems is a U.S.-based wire harness manufacturer on Florida's Space Coast, founded by former SpaceX and Blue Origin leaders. We build flight- and mission-critical harnesses and cable assemblies to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3, the industry's highest workmanship standard, powered by our own design and quoting software. We're a small, fast-moving team that takes pride in building things right the first time. About the Role You will own day-to-day bookkeeping and work directly with leadership to keep our books clean as we scale. This is a flexible, part-time role with a hybrid schedule, ideal for an organized professional who is precise with numbers and discreet with sensitive information. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts monthly Process payroll and track expenses and receipts Maintain the general ledger and prepare basic financial reports Support purchase-order and job-costing workflows as the business grows Support tax preparation and coordinate with our outside CPA Basic Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally for a small business Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) and spreadsheets Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in a manufacturing or inventory-based business Familiarity with job costing and purchase-order workflows Strong organization, accuracy, and discretion with sensitive financial information Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent part-time schedule Additional Requirements Anticipated start date: late September 2026 Able to work a hybrid schedule with on-site time in Melbourne, FL Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Equal Opportunity Employer Cabelio Systems is an equal opportunity employer committed to a workplace free of discrimination and harassment.
