Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services on an inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Float to the medical/surgical unit on an occasional basis as needed
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary therapy team including PT, OT, COTA, and SLP professionals
• Work a primarily Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend and holiday shifts as required during the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification in good standing
• Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
• Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as part of the contract schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working on a medical/surgical unit
• Comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary therapy team environment
