R&D Science Intern - Immunoassay Development

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks an R&D intern to support immunoassay development on automated diagnostic instruments. The role involves laboratory operations, assay development tasks, and independent project work within the diagnostics research team in Chaska, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Execute laboratory operations and material inventory management tasks
- Support immunoassay development projects on Beckman Coulter instruments
- Conduct independent assignments requiring analysis and scientific reasoning
- Document experimental studies and findings
- Present project results at internship completion
Requirements
- Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field
- 0-2+ years laboratory experience, including coursework
- Knowledge of good laboratory practices and scientific methods
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Familiarity with statistical methods and design of experiments preferred
Compensation: $30 per hour
