Maintenance Specialist

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $25-$30

Shift: 6am - 2pm

What's the Job?

Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments to machinery.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year prior experience with paper converting or production machines.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available for call-ins during off hours.
Initial forklift certification with renewal every 3 years and annual aerial lift certification.
Valid driver's license.
