Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, utilizing a telehealth model to deliver care from your home or another comfortable environment. We maintain a collaborative approach to treatment, ensuring that all team members are engaged and integrated into patient care through video conferencing and electronic health record (EHR) systems. This setup allows for flexibility in your work schedule, with occasional evening shifts to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological well-being of patients and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that draw from various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Initiate and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for emotional expression and personal growth among patients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare team members to provide integrated and holistic mental health care to ensure all aspects of a patient’s treatment are addressed.

• Perform crisis intervention techniques and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, empowering them with knowledge about treatments and community resources available for ongoing support.

• Ensure accurate documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Participate actively in case conferences and professional development events aimed at enhancing therapeutic practices and improving patient outcomes.

• Stay current with research, theories, and evolving best practices in mental health therapy to continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to adults and adolescents who may be experiencing complex mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. Our goal is to help these individuals achieve stability and develop effective coping strategies in a compassionate and understanding setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Valid state licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and an ability to implement trauma-informed care practices.

• You should possess excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively engage in therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems, with an understanding of maintaining accurate patient documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure therapeutic experience working with diverse populations.

• Prior work in a community mental health or outpatient setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
