Key Responsibilities\n

• You will perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations, creating tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing various techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness interventions to effectively treat individuals, groups, and families.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring that each client receives the most effective support possible.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation strategies and immediate therapeutic interventions.

• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues, promote resources available in the community, and reduce stigma surrounding mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a must.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A demonstrated ability to work sensitively with clients from diverse backgrounds while exhibiting cultural competence.

• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinic policies and best practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, giving you a solid foundation to thrive in this role.

• Experience with community-based mental health services, preferably within a multicultural context, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
